About the Event
Please join us for our in-person fundraising dinner at the UWMS center.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for attendance for everyone 12 years old and above. Valid proof of vaccination include:
- Physical CDC COVID vaccination card
- Digital image of CDC COVID vaccination card
- NYS Excelsior Pass (or equivalent)
Childcare available for children under 12 separate from the main event.
